Floprr is designed to provide a trusted marketplace where individuals and businesses can buy and sell legitimate products.

These Prohibited Items & Community Guidelines apply to all listings, accounts, messages, images and other content submitted to Floprr.

Floprr may remove content, restrict listings, suspend accounts or take other appropriate action when these guidelines are violated.

1. General Listing Requirements

Every listing must:

Describe the product accurately.
Use appropriate photographs.
State a realistic and accurate price.
Be posted in the correct category.
Represent an item that is actually available.
Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Not intentionally mislead potential buyers.
Not infringe another person's intellectual property or other rights.

2. Prohibited Items

The following categories are generally prohibited on Floprr.

2.1 Illegal Goods

You may not list goods that are illegal to possess, sell, distribute or purchase under applicable law.

2.2 Stolen or Illegally Obtained Goods

You may not list:

Stolen goods
Goods obtained through fraud
Goods obtained through unlawful means
Items where you do not have the legal right to sell them

2.3 Counterfeit and Fake Products

You may not list:

Counterfeit branded products
Fake products
Replica products presented as genuine
Products using another company's trademarks without authorisation

2.4 Weapons and Dangerous Items

Weapons and other prohibited or regulated dangerous items may not be listed unless expressly permitted by Floprr and applicable law.

This includes prohibited firearms, ammunition, explosives and other unlawful weapons or dangerous articles.

2.5 Drugs and Controlled Substances

You may not list:

Illegal drugs
Controlled substances
Unauthorised prescription medicines
Recreational drugs
Products intended to facilitate illegal drug use

2.6 Hazardous Materials

You may not list hazardous substances or materials that are prohibited or restricted under applicable law.

2.7 Financial and Personal Information

Listings must not contain:

Bank account credentials
Credit/debit card numbers
Passwords
OTPs
Government identification numbers
Financial credentials
Other sensitive personal information

2.8 Adult and Explicit Content

Sexually explicit products, pornography and content that violates applicable law or Floprr's safety standards are prohibited.

2.9 Human Exploitation

Content relating to:

Human trafficking
Exploitation
Forced labour
Sexual exploitation
Sale or trade of human beings

is strictly prohibited.

2.10 Wildlife and Protected Species

You may not list protected wildlife, endangered species, animal parts or products prohibited by applicable wildlife or environmental laws.

2.11 Fraudulent Financial Opportunities

You may not use Floprr to advertise:

Fake investment opportunities
Ponzi schemes
Pyramid schemes
Fraudulent financial products
Money laundering services
Fake loans
Other fraudulent financial activities

2.12 Misleading Employment Opportunities

Listings must not be used to facilitate:

Employment scams
Recruitment fraud
Requests for illegal fees
Identity theft
Fake job offers

2.13 Other Restricted or Regulated Goods

Products subject to specific licences, permits, registration or regulatory requirements may only be listed where the seller is legally authorised and all required information and permissions are available.

Floprr may restrict additional categories as required by law or platform policy.

3. Fraud and Scam Prevention

The following activities are prohibited:

Fake listings
Fake seller identities
Fake buyer identities
Payment scams
Fake payment screenshots
Phishing links
OTP requests
Requests for unnecessary financial information
Advance-payment scams
Misleading offers
Fake discounts
Impersonation
Account takeover attempts
Other fraudulent activities

Users should never share passwords, OTPs, banking credentials or card details with another user.

4. Duplicate and Spam Listings

Users should not:

Post the same item repeatedly
Create multiple listings for the same product
Use misleading keywords
Flood categories with irrelevant listings
Post listings solely to redirect users elsewhere
Use automated systems to generate abusive listings

5. Accurate Product Information

Sellers must accurately disclose relevant information about their products.

For example, sellers should not:

Hide significant defects
Misrepresent product condition
Claim a product is new when it is used
Claim a product is genuine when it is counterfeit
Manipulate photographs to misrepresent the product
Use another product's images without permission
Provide a false location

6. Vehicles

Vehicle listings should provide accurate information regarding the vehicle.

Where applicable, sellers should accurately disclose:

Make and model
Year
Registration information
Mileage
Condition
Ownership information
Accident history where relevant
Significant defects
Applicable documentation

Sellers are responsible for complying with applicable vehicle registration, ownership transfer, taxation and other legal requirements.

7. Mobile Phones and Electronics

Sellers must accurately represent:

Brand
Model
Storage capacity
Condition
Functionality
Warranty, where applicable
Whether the product is new, used or refurbished
Significant defects
Accessories included with the product

Stolen devices, counterfeit products and unlawfully obtained devices are prohibited.

8. Images and Content

Images uploaded to Floprr must:

Relate to the advertised item
Not intentionally mislead buyers
Not contain illegal or prohibited content
Not infringe third-party rights
Not contain unnecessary personal or sensitive information

9. Harassment and Abusive Behaviour

Users must communicate respectfully.

The following are prohibited:

Threats
Harassment
Hate speech
Intimidation
Abusive behaviour
Extortion
Repeated unwanted contact
Sharing another person's private information without permission

10. Manipulation of the Marketplace

Users must not attempt to manipulate the marketplace through:

Fake accounts
Fake enquiries
Fake reviews
Artificial traffic
Automated scraping
Listing manipulation
Price manipulation
Search manipulation
Other deceptive practices

11. Off-Platform Transactions

Users may communicate and complete transactions outside Floprr where appropriate.

However, users should understand that transactions completed outside Floprr may have limited platform visibility and protection.

Users should exercise caution before transferring money or sharing personal information.

12. Reporting a Listing

If you believe a listing violates these guidelines, use the Report Listing option available on the platform or contact Floprr support.

Please provide:

Listing URL or ID
Reason for the report
Relevant details
Supporting information where available

13. Moderation and Enforcement

Floprr may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law:

Remove listings
Reject listings
Edit or restrict certain content
Limit account functionality
Suspend accounts
Permanently terminate accounts
Prevent users from creating new accounts
Preserve relevant information for security or legal purposes
Cooperate with lawful requests from authorities

The action taken may depend on the nature and severity of the violation.

14. Appeals

Where appropriate, users may contact Floprr if they believe their listing or account was incorrectly restricted.

We may review the relevant information and determine whether further action is appropriate.

15. Changes to These Guidelines

Floprr may update these guidelines as new products, technologies, risks, regulations and marketplace requirements arise.
